General Cemetery:

This November 1 and 2, the General Cemetery of the Junta de Beneficencia invites citizens to live a unique and emotional experience with “El Portal de la Eternidad”, a symbolic encounter that celebrates life and the memory of those who have passed away.

From gates 1, 8, 10 and 13 of the cemetery, visitors will be greeted by an arch of white flowers, live music, creating an atmosphere of reflection and hope. Each person will be able to leave a flower or a message as an offering of eternal love.

On November 2, two masses will be held at Gate 3 at 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, a special moment to unite in prayer and remembrance for their loved ones; while the activities will take place on two days: from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

For the convenience of visitors on November 1 and 2 will remain open 1, 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13 and 15, with extended hours from 07h00 to 19h00. In addition, to provide security to attendees, control measures will be reinforced with the support of private security, National Police, Metropolitan Police, Segura EP and ATM, ensuring an orderly, safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Metropolitan Pantheon – Forest of Life:

At the Bosque de Vida Pantheon, the commemoration will focus on the “Tree of Memories”, a participatory installation where families can place their messages for their loved ones.

The atmosphere will be accompanied by a musical duo and the traditional colada morada with bread guaguas. On November 2, a mass will be celebrated at 12:00 noon in honor of those who remain in memory.

Activities will take place from 09h00 to 13h00, with public attention from 07h00 to 19h00 during the holiday.
