- The solidarity campaign will be available in all Fybeca and SanaSana pharmacies in Ecuador, allowing thousands of people to contribute to health, training, nutrition, inclusion and social development programs.

Guayaquil, May 2026. – FEMSA Salud Ecuador and the Junta de Beneficencia strengthen in 2026 their commitment to the welfare of vulnerable communities through the promotion of Your Return 2026a solidarity initiative that transforms small daily contributions into concrete support for thousands of Ecuadorians.
For more than a decade, FEMSA Salud Ecuador and the Junta de Beneficencia have been working together on social initiatives focused on children, mothers, and senior citizens, benefiting more than 3.7 million people through social programs in health, education, comprehensive care for children, and senior citizens. Among the campaigns developed since 2014, the following stand out: Con tu vuelto podré caminar, Con tu vuelto el hogar hace más por nosotros and Vidas con Propósito.
La Junta de Beneficencia, with 138 years of institutional life, has a long history of medical care, educational training and social assistance, impacting hundreds of thousands of families nationwide each year.
“Every coin donated represents hope. It represents the possibility for a child to continue medical treatment, for an elderly person to receive dignified care, or for a vulnerable family to find support in one of the most difficult moments of their lives, as we have been doing for 138 years,” said Juan Xavier Cordovez, director of the Junta de Beneficencia.
A simple contribution that generates opportunities
As part of this new phase, through the Tu Vuelto program, Fybeca and SanaSana customers are invited to voluntarily donate the change from their purchases, either in cash or by credit card, turning an everyday gesture into an opportunity to support those who need it most.
The program will be present in 100% of Fybeca and SanaSana pharmacies nationwide and will have differentiated messages for each chain:
- Fybeca: “Your change changes”.
- SanaSana: “Your change counts”.
The funds raised will be used for Junta de Beneficencia’s health, education, social inclusion, sports and food assistance programs, contributing to the welfare and development of vulnerable communities in different areas of the country.
“We believe that great transformations begin with small actions. Through the Tu Vuelto Program, we want each person to have the opportunity to join a cause that generates well-being and hope for thousands of Ecuadorian families,” said Arturo Martínez, CEO of FEMSA Salud Ecuador.
The continuity of this alliance reaffirms the commitment of FEMSA Salud Ecuador and the Junta de Beneficencia to promote initiatives with social impact and national scope, inviting Ecuadorians to join a cause where every contribution can transform lives.
