A corporate governance based on values and results<\/b><\/p>\n

The Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil (JBG)<\/b> is governed by a model of solid and transparent corporate governance<\/b>, which guarantees the proper management of resources, strategic planning, and compliance with its mission of service. Composed of a team of 39 volunteer Members, leaders committed to excellence and ethics that allow the organization to maintain its legacy of more than 137 years with efficiency and sustainability<\/b>. <\/p>\n

The decisions adopted by the institution respond to an organizational structure based on transparency, participation, and social responsibility<\/b>. Its highest governing body is the General Board<\/b>, which establishes the strategic guidelines of the institution and ensures compliance with its principles. <\/p>\n

Under this governance framework, the management of the JBG is headed by a general director and two deputy directors<\/b>, supported by the Executive Committee and eight specialized boards<\/b>, responsible for the planning and supervision of key areas such as health, education, inclusion, and social management<\/b>. This team works hand in hand with the managers responsible for the operational execution of the approved plans, ensuring that each decision translates into concrete actions of social impact. <\/p>\n

At JBG, we believe that efficient and ethical administration is key to continuing to transform lives<\/b>. Our corporate governance model not only guarantees the proper use of resources, but also promotes innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement<\/b>, essential elements to maintain us as the largest and most prestigious NGO in Ecuador. <\/p>\n
